I am an Integrative Mental Health Coach. The underlying premise throughout integrative health coaching is that our mental health is the guiding force behind our physical and spiritual health. It is a combination of mindfulness, neuroscience, positive psychology, psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), and cognitive behavioral techniques. It also uses the healing aspects of spirituality, law of attraction and the power of perception, insight, awareness, thoughts, words and energy fields on mental and physical health. I help people struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma to start to heal.
